The water used in every bowl is sourced from the Yoshida spring of Mount Fuji in Japan - renowned as one of the world’s purest sources of natural spring water. Spring water is created as snow at the mountain’s peak melts and via a 60-year process percolates down to 200m underground; naturally filtered, purified, and fortified with key minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc - essential minerals that lowers the body’s pH value and supports everyday well-being.
Where other commercial mineral waters undergo a purification process that requires these minerals to be introduced artificially, Sing Yan’s waters are purified with a 4-step process that retains the natural balance of the spring water.
The biggest reason, why Sing Yan only uses Yoshida spring water is its inherent and natural ability to neutralize any excess acids introduced into the body through the vigours of everyday living and work life. Where the average pH values of tap or bottled water is 6.7-7.2pH, Sing Yan’s waters have a pH of 8.3.
